TRW Conekt Exhibit at EMC Europe 2011

EMC Europe is being hosted by the University of York between 26 - 30 September.  The European conference attracts a range of delegates within the electromagnetic compatibility world providing a wealth of information to those attending.

Tutorials and workshops over the event will include topics such as HIRF (high intensity radiated fields), CISPR standards development and EMC for the transport sector.  Conekt’s Dr Luke Turnbull will be presenting a paper on the work currently being undertaken within CISPR A and CISPR D within the CISPR 25 standard.  Turnbull commented: “The work Conekt has been doing with CISPR has applications within the aerospace and military.  This event gives Conekt the ability to discuss this work with a wide audience and encourage further improvement in the accuracy of EMC testing techniques.”

Exhibitors alongside Conekt include BAE Systems, IEEE, Agilent Technologies and York EMC Services.  The event hopes to attract industry and academia alike to exchange knowledge and understanding within a range of EMC related sectors.
